ก็รู้ชัดว่าเรายืน
while
standing, he knows, "I am standing";
ดังพรรณนามาฉะนี้
ภิกษุย่อม
พิจารณาเห็นกายในกายภายในบ้าง
Thus
he dwells perceiving again and again the body as just the body
(not
mine, not I, not self, but just a phenomenon) in himself;
พิจารณาเห็นกายในกายภายนอกบ้าง
or
he dwells perceiving again and again the body
as
just the body in others; or
พิจารณาเห็นกายในกายทั้งภายในทั้งภายนอกบ้าง
or
he dwells perceiving again and again the body
as
just the body in both himself and in others.
พิจารณาเห็นธรรมคือความเกิดขึ้นในกายบ้าง
He
dwells perceiving again and again the cause
and
the actual appearing of the body;
พิจารณาเห็นธรรมคือความเสื่อมในกายบ้าง
or
he dwells perceiving again and again the cause
and
the actual dissolution of the body;
พิจารณาเห็นธรรมคือทั้งความเกิดขึ้นทั้งความเสื่อมในกายบ้าง
ย่อมอยู่
or
he dwells perceiving again and again both the actual appearing
and
dissolution of the body with their causes.
อีกอย่างหนึ่ง
สติของเธอที่ตั้งมั่นอยู่ว่า กายมีอยู่
To
summarize, he is firmly mindful of the fact that only the body exists
(not
a soul, a self or I).
ก็เพียงสักว่าความรู้
That
mindfulness is just for gaining insight (vipassana)
เพียงสักว่าอาศัยระลึกเท่านั้น
and
mindfulness progressively.
เธอเป็นผู้อันตัณหาและทิฐิไม่อาศัยอยู่แล้ว
และไม่ถือมั่นอะไรๆ ในโลก
Being
detached from craving and wrong views
he
dwells without clinging to anything in the world.
ดูกรภิกษุทั้งหลาย
อย่างนี้แล ภิกษุชื่อว่าพิจารณาเห็นกายในกายอยู่ ฯ
Thus,
bhikkhus, this is a way in which a bhikkhu dwells perceiving
again
and again the body as just the body.
